Workspace access, sharing permissions and AI processing explained.
Control what you share
Your financial workspace is private by default. Social connections do not automatically grant financial access. Review sharing and delegated permissions in Settings, and choose any public profile metrics intentionally.
The homepage uses fictional examples, not customer records. The Help Center is public and does not load your workspace data.
Know where processing happens
Standard CSV/XLSX parsing and on-device screenshot recognition run in your browser. Confirmed imports are saved to your workspace. Choosing optional AI sends the selected source and context to Cloudflare Workers AI after consent.
RICE Financial does not currently provide end-to-end encryption. AI extraction does not automatically save the original source to Archive; that is a separate choice.
